Your first 5 team members cost nothing extra
Owners, Administrators, Managers and Agents count toward the 5 included members; beyond that each one is $6 a month. Read-only members never count — invite your accountant or your client at no cost. A member you disable stops counting from that moment.
Meta bills you for WhatsApp, not us
You connect your own WhatsApp Business account, so Meta charges your account directly for conversations at its own published rates. That money never passes through INUBIZ, and we add nothing to it. Lead Ads themselves cost nothing beyond the ad spend you already pay Meta.
Your data is never held hostage
If a payment lapses you keep a 7-day grace period. After that, only sending WhatsApp messages and changing integrations pause. Reading, editing and exporting your leads keep working — always. We will not lock you out of your own customer list to make you pay.

Is there a free trial?
You can create a workspace, connect your Facebook Page, map your forms and invite your team before paying. Payment is required to start sending WhatsApp messages.
What happens when I add someone mid-month?
Nothing at all, until you pass 5 members — inside the included allowance your bill does not move. Past 5, each additional member adds $6 a month, and removing someone takes it off again. Nobody is charged twice for the same person.
Do you take a cut of my WhatsApp spend?
No. Your WhatsApp Business account is yours, your token is yours, and Meta charges you directly. We could not take a cut even if we wanted to — the money never touches us.
What if I stop paying?
You keep full read, edit and export access to everything. After the 7-day grace period, sending WhatsApp messages and changing integrations pause until you renew. Your leads and conversations stay exactly where they are.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, from Settings → Billing inside your workspace. Invoices are downloadable there.
