We built the CRM we kept wishing existed
INUBIZ CRM comes out of running Meta lead campaigns and watching good leads go cold in a spreadsheet. It is a focused tool for one job: turning Facebook and Instagram lead forms into conversations that a real person answers quickly.
The problem we kept hitting
Meta makes it easy to collect leads and surprisingly hard to act on them. The raw submissions sit in Ads Manager or land in a CSV somebody downloads once a day. By the time a salesperson calls, the person has already spoken to someone else. The campaign looks like it failed. It did not — the follow-up did.
The generic CRMs that could fix this are built around a different shape of business. They assume long sales cycles, email-first communication and one owner per deal. They treat WhatsApp as an afterthought, when in much of the world it is the only channel a customer will actually reply on. And they charge for seats, modules and connectors before you have answered a single lead.
What we decided to build instead
One workspace where a Facebook Page connects in a couple of minutes, every Instant Form submission arrives within seconds carrying its campaign and ad set, a routing rule hands it to an available agent, and that agent replies on WhatsApp without leaving the record. Everything else in the product is in service of that path.
That focus is a deliberate trade. INUBIZ CRM will not manage a twelve-stage enterprise pipeline or replace a finance system. It is meant to be the fastest way to get from a Meta ad to a human conversation, and to let a manager see exactly where that is breaking down.
How we work
Speed is the whole product
A lead form submission is a person who is interested right now. Everything here — real-time webhooks, automatic assignment, a WhatsApp reply in two clicks — exists to shorten the gap between the submit button and a human response.
Use the official APIs, properly
Leads arrive over signature-verified Meta webhooks and messages go through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. No scraping, no unofficial gateways, no shortcuts that get an account banned the week you start relying on it.
The rules are enforced on the server
Roles, workspace isolation and the WhatsApp 24-hour service window are checked in the backend before anything happens — never by hiding a button. A bug in the interface cannot become a data leak.
Built for teams that share a queue
Most CRMs assume one salesperson with a private pipeline. Lead-ads teams share an inbox, hand conversations back and forth, and need to know who owns what right now. That shaped every screen.
Your data
Every workspace is isolated at the database level, and each query is scoped to a single workspace at one choke point in the code rather than in each screen. Access tokens from Meta and WhatsApp are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; they are never returned through an API or written to a log.
You can export your leads at any time, and you can delete your data. People who signed in with Facebook can also use Meta’s own data-deletion flow, which we honour automatically. The details are in our privacy policy, our terms, and the data deletion page.
The company behind it
INUBIZ CRM is built and operated by INUBIZ Marketing, a digital studio founded in 2021 and registered in the United Kingdom and Pakistan, working with clients worldwide. You can find the wider company at inubiz.co.
Alongside this product, INUBIZ Marketing builds websites, CRM and ERP systems, brand identity, and runs performance campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat. INUBIZ CRM grew directly out of that campaign work — it is the tool we wanted while running lead ads for clients, which is why it is opinionated about the one job it does.
Whichever side of the business you deal with, the same rule applies: your accounts stay yours. Your Facebook Page, your ad account, your WhatsApp Business number and your domain remain in your name, and you can disconnect them from us at any time.
